Grape Festival Scansano, Tuscan Maremma

Famous for the production of Morellino di Scansano DOCG, the village of Scansano organizes every year the “Grape Festival”, an event dedicated to the world of food and wine.

During the event, the cellars of the historic center of the town are opened and tastings of wines and typical products are organized on the penultimate weekend of September.

The event aims to promote and enhance this DOCG production area of the Tuscan Maremma, during the festival, thanks to the intervention of experts in the sector, it will be possible to discover the characteristics of the wines and deepen their knowledge in the wine sector.

The streets of the center of Scansano are set up with stalls offering typical products from over 20 local companies, the restaurants in the town offer typical menus and many events!
