The museum collects and exhibits a rich collection of finds belonging to the Ciacci family and found in the Saturnia area between the end of the 1800s and the 1930s.
The most interesting finds are those from the necropolis of Saturnia, such as a funerary outfit discovered in Pianetti di Montemerano, in 1927, and some terracotta objects, found in Poggio Sugherello, in 1932.
The museum organizes guided tours.
